Franz Wilhelm Schiertz (1813–1887) was a German-Norwegian painter and architect, and a student of J. C. Dahl while in Dresden. He settled in Bergen, where he worked as an architect. Schiertz participated as an artist on the North Sea expedition of 1876–1878 in his later years.
